    What if you have already obtained an appraisal and are not satisfied?  Should you order another appraisal?  At times, this may seem like the obvious thing to do.  However, what if you are still not pleased with the results?  What if you are required to share the results of both appraisals with another party? 

    The best approach may be to have a review of the original report completed.  This will outline the weaknesses and strengths in the report and, if requested, the reviewer can comment on the value and provide their own opinion of value.  Please contact us to discuss this option.
